End of March/ start of April (for Kanto region) they are back: Cherry blossoms. So here are some spots in Tokyo I'd suggest to visit.
Apart from Sakura, in April many flowers start blooming, which makes April a busy month. Shortly after Sakura, there are Azaleas (Mid/ End April and Shibazakura, Wisteria end April/ early May
