Sakura tunnel in Tatsumi no mori koen

Places you would never go to in Tokyo except for Sakura? Tatsu no mori park is probably such a place. On one of the islands east from odaiba a beautiful sakura tunnel emerges end of March and there are a plenty of food stalls (maybe only on weekends?) which makes a nice atmosphere. Still you might think twice about going as it's a bit far from other spots. On the other hand it appeared like a very local spot to me.
