Hydrangea in Shin-Matsuda

In June Hydrangea is blooming. Want more of a quiet stroll in rural areas to admire hydrangea than going to a busy spot in Tokyo? Take a ride to Shin-Matsuda station. Don't expect too much is very quiet, very rural area and besides Hydrangea there is nothing... well Asahi brewery I think or you can visit local sake brewery or old tea house but this needs some more organisation in advance. Check whether there is maybe fireworks in Yokohama Minato Mirai as this is more or less on the way back to Tokyo.

Location: travel to shin-matsuda Station in Kanagawa - it is quite a bit outside of Tokyo (about 1:30h from Shibuya). Then take a bus or walk towards the fields east of east of Matsuda station and explore the area freely.
