Early August. The star festival. Asagaya Tanabata Matsuri means: a lot of decorations in the shopping mall/ street and matsuri action with food stands and stuff around. If not Asagaya think also about the events and parades held at Asakusa early July (5th-9th).
Location: Start from Asagaya station and walk down to Minami-Asagaya station
