Marunouchi Nakadori Christmas Illumination丸の内仲通りイルミネーション

Mid Nov-Mid Feb. Besides Omotesando illumination it might be the most classic-style widespread "christmas" (well let's say winter) illumination in Tokyo. Not sure when it begins but I guess it was around mid November and it lasts till mid February. Also have a look inside Marunouchi Building for the christmas tree there as well as Kitte building. Or take a 10 min walk to Hibiya Park Christmas market.
